Parsnip

The parsnip (Pastinaca sativa) is a root vegetable closely related to the carrot and parsley. Are packs have over 200 seeds in them and around 6000 per once.   You need around 3 pounds per acre.                        Parsnips are cold tolerant and have a much better flavor after the frost has hit them they take awhile to grow but are worth the wait. Will break through the tuffest of soils. Happy growing
